T.O.P. - CHAMPIONSHIP PROGRAM

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The governing principles of a T.O.P. championship program reflect the goals, convictions, personality and the vision of its leaders. In a winning basketball program it is essential to know where the head coach  stands in regards to academics, discipline and actual basketball performance in order for athletes to know exactly what is expected of them. In my program, key elements to creating a positive environment include preparation, organization, enthusiasm, commitment, positive communication and evaluation. These qualities are consistent throughout my philosophy and are my strongest attributes as a professional.
